Event App
We are excited to utilize the Cvent app as our all-inclusive event management system for this meeting. This investment will enhance the user experience all through a streamlined mobile app. Everything will still be updated on our website (k-inbre.org) as well, but you will also be able to use the app before and during the meeting for various aspects. The app contains all the necessary information for the whole event including the agenda, floor maps, onsite check-in, speakers and bios, participants list, networking/messaging capabilities, vendor/program booths, menus, poster abstracts, and more. We are excited for this opportunity, so be on the lookout for downloading and signup information as our event gets closer!

Poster Abstract Submissions

All abstracts are due on April 14th, 2023. Abstract guidelines are located here. Please read carefully and follow the directions. If you have any questions please contact Heiata Chapman or Clare Frantz.

How do I know when I will present?
The presentation order will be posted in May.

Your Poster will have the same number as your abstract number in the regional meeting booklet, so you can identify where and when you will present. An alphabetical list of the poster presenters will be available at the registration desk along with a map to help you find where you will present.

Regional Meeting Attire

The general sessions, poster session, breakouts, meals, etc. are all business casual (e.g., slacks, dresses, blouses, tailored shirts, sweaters, jackets, suits, dress shoes).
